Transforming Thyself

The practices are about transforming thyself. And transformation basically means getting rid of what we don’t need in order to connect with the flow. Once you touch the flow, you become the flow, and your mental state becomes irrelevant – once you detach from the mind, you become whatever flows.

What you once believed to be your “self”, turns out to be an automatically learned set of ideas and illusions. You can still behave like that, but its merely a shell. “Self” becomes something much deeper which doesn’t even mean a separated “self” any more, its rather part of a whole, but it is the whole by itself as well.
